Founded in 1997, Université Libre de Luozi (Free University of Luozi) is a private higher-education institution located in the large town of Luozi (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Kongo Central. Officially recognized by the Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur et Universitaire, République Démocratique du Congo (Ministry of Higher and University Education of the Democratic Republic of the Congo), Université Libre de Luozi (ULL) is a coeducational Congolese higher education institution. Université Libre de Luozi (ULL) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. ULL also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including as well as administrative services.
