Founded in 1996, Université Notre Dame d'Haïti (University of Notre Dame in Haïti) is a private higher-education institution located in the large city of Port-au-Prince (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), West Department. Officially recognized by the Ministère de l'Éducation Nationale et de la Formation Professionnelle, Haiti (Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training of Haiti), Université Notre Dame d'Haïti (UNDH) is a coeducational Haitian higher education institution formally affiliated with the Christian-Catholic religion. Université Notre Dame d'Haïti (UNDH) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study.
