Established in 1989, Univerzitet Megatrend (Megatrend University) is a private higher-education institution located in the medium city of New Belgrade (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Belgrade. This institution also has branch campuses in the following locations: Zajecar, Požarevac, Valjevo. Officially recognized by the Ministarstvo prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog razvoja Republike Srbije (Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia), Univerzitet Megatrend is a large coeducational Serbian higher education institution. Univerzitet Megatrend offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. Univerzitet Megatrend also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
