Founded in 1997, Univerzitet u Bihacu (University of Bihac) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the large town of Bihac (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Una-Sana Canton. Officially recognized by the Ministarstvo obrazovanja, nauke, kulture i sporta Unsko-sanskog kantona (Ministry of Education, Science, Sports and Culture of the Una-Sana Canton), Univerzitet u Bihacu (UNBI) is a small coeducational Bosnian and Herzegovinian higher education institution. Univerzitet u Bihacu (UNBI) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. UNBI also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
