Established in 2003, Univerzitet za poslovni inenjering i menadment (University for Business Engineering and Management) is a non-profit private higher-education institution located in the suburban setting of the small city of Banja Luka (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Republika Srpska. Officially recognized by the Ministarstvo prosvjete i kulture Republike Srpske (Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Serbia), Univerzitet za poslovni inenjering i menadment (PIM) is a very small coeducational Bosnian and Herzegovinian higher education institution. Univerzitet za poslovni inenjering i menadment (PIM) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 19 years old Bosnian and Herzegovinian higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment. PIM also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, sports facilities, financial aids and/or scholarships, study abroad and exchange programs, as well as administrative services.
