Founded in 1970, Ural State University of Physical Culture is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Chelyabinsk (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Chelyabinsk Oblast. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation, Ural State University of Physical Culture is a small coeducational Russian higher education institution.
