Founded in 1999, Utsunomiya Kyowa University is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Nasushiobara (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Tochigi. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan, Utsunomiya Kyowa University is a coeducational Japanese higher education institution.
