Founded in 1917, V. Sarajishvili Tbilisi State Conservatoire is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Tbilisi (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). This institution also has a branch campus in Kutaisi. Officially recognized by the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement, V. Sarajishvili Tbilisi State Conservatoire (TSC) is a very small coeducational Georgian higher education institution. V.
