Established in 2007, Visoka kola za primijenjene i pravne nauke Prometej (College for Applied and Legal Sciences Prometej) is a for-profit private higher-education institution located in the small city of Banja Luka (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Republika Srpska. Officially recognized by the Ministarstvo prosvjete i kulture Republike Srpske (Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Serbia), Visoka kola za primijenjene i pravne nauke Prometej is a coeducational Bosnian and Herzegovinian higher education institution.
