Established in 2007, Visoka poslovna kola PAR (PAR University College) is a for-profit private higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the small city of Rijeka (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Primorje-Gorski Kotar. Officially recognized by the Agencija za znanost i visoko obrazovanje (Agency for Science and Higher Education), Visoka poslovna kola PAR is a very small coeducational Croatian higher education institution. Visoka poslovna kola PAR offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation), bachelor degrees in several areas of study.
