Established in 2015, Women University Swabi is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the rural setting of the small city of Swabi (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This institution also has a branch campus in Topi. Officially recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, Women University Swabi (WUS) is a small women only Pakistani higher education institution formally affiliated with the Islamic religion.
