Founded in 1958, Wuyi University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Wuyishan (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Fujian. Officially recognized by the Department of Education of the Fujian Province, Wuyi University (WYU) is a large coeducational Chinese higher education institution. Wuyi University (WYU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment. WYU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, financial aids and/or scholarships, as well as administrative services.
