Founded in 1931, Yangon University of Education is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the large metropolis of Yangon (population range of over 5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education (Science and Technology) of Myanmar, Yangon University of Education (YUOE) is a large coeducational Burmese higher education institution. Yangon University of Education (YUOE) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. YUOE also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
