Founded in 2018, Zamfara State University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Talata Mafara (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Zamfara. Officially recognized by the National Universities Commission of Nigeria, Zamfara State University (ZSU) is a coeducational Nigerian higher education institution.
