Founded in 1970, Zefat Academic College is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the large town of Safed (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Northern District. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Israel, Zefat Academic College (ZAC) is a coeducational Israeli higher education institution. Zefat Academic College (ZAC) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. ZAC also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
