Established in 2017, Zintan University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the large town of Zintan (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Jabal al Gharbi. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Libya, Zintan University is a coeducational Libyan higher education institution. Zintan University offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. Zintan University also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
