Founded in 1995, Zürcher Fachhochschule (Zurich University of Applied Sciences) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the small city of Winterthur (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Zurich. Officially recognized by the Staatssekretariat für Bildung, Forschung und Innovation, Schweiz (State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation of Switzerland), Zürcher Fachhochschule (ZFH) is a large coeducational Swiss higher education institution. Zürcher Fachhochschule (ZFH) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study.
