Founded in 1902, École Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et des Microtechniques (National Engineering Graduate School of Mechanics and Microtechnologies) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the small city of Besançon (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Bourgogne-Franche-Comte.
